It was amazing to see that I received an award from the Friends of Hopkins Center of the Arts at the Minnesota State Fair Fine Art Exhibition. It's an absolute honor, and one that I owe to the wonderful elders of the Minnesota Hmong community--especially my beautiful subject, Sao Lou Vue.
