I was walking down the stairs at Intipata and doing a little exploring, enjoying the soft ground under my feet. There were a few llamas walking around, munching away on any greenery that looked tasty. This fellow was a little more 'friendly', to be sure. He walked right up to me as I was standing on those steep stairs, craned his neck, and spat at me!

After his display, he settled down a bit and I sat down on the other side of the stairs. He went back to his business of guarding the grounds from the likes of me, and I took the opportunity to take a portrait of him in his grand surroundings. For that, I'm eternally grateful.
